By uploading a document, you admit to be its original author (“Author”). The Author gives the IBC permission to store the document in the IBC's database, and allows the IBC to give IBC website users access to the entire content of the document. The IBC informs website users that all documents uploaded are subject of copyright protection. At the same time the Author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the IBC from all liability arising from the activities of the third parties that can potentially cause any loss or damages to the intellectual property of the Author. The Author can remove the document from the IBC's database by sending 30 days notice to the IBC's office.
